Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (New Zealand time). Each order is tracked and signature is required upon delivery. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email once order has been processed.

There will be an extra charge of $5 for rural addresses.

Thank you for your purchase! In general, all sales are final. However, our Return & Exchange Policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. A notification within 14 days of purchase is required for the following:

Change of mind: Item exchanges are accepted with delivery costs at customer’s own expense.Return items must be deemed in original condition.

Defects: Items which do not meet its’ acceptable standard can be exchanged or refunded accordingly.

Damage during delivery:All items are packed and inspected carefully before delivery by our courier services. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, notify us as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
